Get Familiar With The North Side
North Pointe sits in the north-side Lake Havasu area, where a home search often starts with garage space and access to the wider Havasu lifestyle. The exact home, entrance, lot position, and daily routes still deserve a personal look.
Map the address before you tour. Established homes and newer phases can have different approaches. Confirm the entrance and guest access with the showing agent rather than assuming one gate serves every visit.
London Bridge Road And North View Road Anchor The Approach.
The builder's published directions approach the community from Highway 95 at Chenoweth Drive, then London Bridge Road and North View Road. Its newer-lot directions continue through Brody Lane, Chestnut, and Juneberry. Those are orientation cues, not an instruction to use an unconfirmed gate: map the actual address and obtain guest access for your showing.

A Boat Garage Does Not Choose Your Launch For You.
For a trailered powerboat, compare the trip from the actual driveway to the Lake Havasu State Park launch facilities with the other ramps in the area. Factor in the gate exit, towing turns, launch and retrieval conditions, and parking for the trailer. Windsor-area lake access is a separate public facility, not an amenity conveyed with a North Pointe home.

A paddlecraft outing is a different trip. The visitor bureau's ramp directory identifies Mesquite Bay as non-motorized access on London Bridge Road. Do not mistake that access for a powerboat launch. Check the current facility listing and conditions before leaving home.

Test Your Real Routes
A map can show location; it cannot tell you how your routine feels. Try the trips you’ll make repeatedly: shopping, health care, a favorite restaurant, your boat launch, and the drive to friends or activities elsewhere in town.
Do a weekday drive and a busier weekend drive when possible. If you tow, evaluate the route with your rig’s size in mind, including gates, tight turns, driveway grade, and a place to get organized before a launch.
Make A Lake Day Plan
Living near Lake Havasu does not mean the house includes waterfront access, a slip, or a right to use a particular launch. Select the facility that fits your boat and day’s destination, then check its current hours, fees, restrictions, and conditions.
Lake Havasu State Park is an official starting point for park and boat-launch planning. Use the visitor bureau’s launch and marina directory for facility details. Read conditions before you leave, especially when wind can affect your day on the water.
Patios, Pools, And The Time Of Day
Walk the outdoor areas during the hours you’ll use them. Check afternoon exposure, shade, privacy, surrounding lots, pool equipment, and the placement of doors and windows. A great-looking patio can feel different in summer or on a windy day.
If a home has a pool, inspect the finish, equipment, controls, heater if present, and available maintenance records. Ask for realistic operating and service costs. If you plan to add one, investigate lot space, setbacks, utilities, architectural approval, and permit requirements before purchase.
The Seasons Are Part Of The Lifestyle
Warm-weather lake days and cooler-season outdoor time attract different routines. Bring both seasons into your buying decision: insulation, HVAC performance, solar exposure, shade, patio use, and the kind of garage activities you expect.

Pair home tours with one or two real-life stops. Drive to your preferred lake access, spend time outdoors, and see the routes between the community and the parts of Havasu you expect to use. A rushed showing list can miss the daily-life questions.
Between showings, explore Things To Do In Lake Havasu and check This Weekend’s Events. Confirm current times before you go.
Check The Live Lake Havasu Events Calendar when planning your visit. Event dates and availability belong to the current calendar, not a frozen list in a neighborhood guide.
